DRT promotes management of mould manufacturing with the\u00a0incorporation of artificial intelligence<\/h1>\n

Valdemar Duarte, CEO of DRT Group, in an article for the magazine <\/span>O Molde<\/b>,\u00a0<\/span>discusses on how DRT boosted the management of mould making with the\u00a0<\/span>incorporation of artificial intelligence, more specifically with the help of SBI, a\u00a0<\/span>software that allows to increase effectiveness and efficiency in managers decision\u00a0<\/span>making.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is an innovative tool that manages the employees tasks and the equipment with\u00a0<\/span>which they are working in real time and also allows the process management since\u00a0<\/span>quotation stage until the delivery of the finished product.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The <\/span>SBI – System Business Intelligence <\/b>was developed in the DRT Group and is\u00a0<\/span>available to the market, now also in mobile application.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

DRT Advance<\/b>, one of the Group companies, develops and sells SBI, presenting a\u00a0<\/span>continuous development and improvement.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAn intuitive and secure software, whose functionality and results are successfully\u00a0<\/span><\/i>proven\u201d – <\/span><\/i>Valdemar Duarte for the magazine.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

In addition to the advantages within the organisation, this software allows customers,\u00a0<\/span>through the mobile application, to follow the evolution in real time of the manufacture\u00a0<\/span>process of their moulds, through reports and images of the production progress, thus\u00a0<\/span>participating more closely and more actively throughout the process.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It allows employees to monitor all production in the company, having a more active\u00a0<\/span>participation in meeting deadlines.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cThe SBI system for moulds production was developed in an R&D project within the\u00a0<\/span>scope of Portugal 2020, in cooperation with IPL, being co-financed by Compete\u00a0<\/span>2020.\u201d\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

It is crucial to understand that this management software does not only apply to the\u00a0<\/span>moulds industry, but it is also suitable for any other industrial or service sectors.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
